We recommend to pick your normal size for all items. You can always look in the size chart below every product to look for your regular size.

We ship all orders the same day, if you order before 15:00 (except for weekend days and/or public holidays).

The delivery time is dependent on the country you’re living in and the parcel delivery company. We are working with a track-and-trace system, so you will be up to date about your order!

For the Netherlands the delivery time will take up to 1 working day in most cases.

At the moment we only ship to EU countries.

We accept iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard, Klarna, Apple Pay and Bancontact

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the check-out page.

Unfortunately, we only accept exchanges in the Netherlands and Belgium. Please email us at klantenservice@glutespop.com or send us an direct message on Instagram! Exchanging your product for another size is free.

If you live in another country, you can return your product(s) and place a new order with your size of choice and we will send it to you very quickly. 

Do you want to return your item(s)?* E-mail your ordernumber and which items you want to return to klantenservice@glutespop.com. We will try to answer as soon as possible :).

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. 

Unused and it’s original condition means:

  • the items must not contain any stains, hair etc.
  • the items must be in their original packaging
  • the items should not be washed or worn
  • the items must be exactly in the same condition as the package was delivered to you (folded and unwrinckled)

If one of these conditions is not met, we will not accept your return.

*Sale items cannot be returned. However, you can exchange the product for another item or a giftcard. Send us an e-mail (klantenservice@glutespop.com) with your order number for support.

If this is the case please send us an e-mail at: klantenservice@glutespop.com and please provide your order number. We will send you the instructions to return your item(s).

*Be aware of the fact that you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive the returned items and that the costs to return the goods (€5,95 – Netherlands, €6,95 – Belgium) must be paid by the customer. We will not be responsible if the package gets lost.

Exchanging your item for another size is free. Returning your items for a refund means that the costs as mentioned above will be deducted.

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will process your order and you will receive your refund minus the shipping cost within 14-21 working days.

Please send us an e-mail with your order number at klantenservice@glutespop.com and a photo of the damaged or faulty product(s). We will try to come to a satisfactory solution for all.
